- R% Put rice in casserole; sprinkle onion soup mix over rice.
- R%Place chicken parts on rice, skin side up. Cover chicken with
- R%soup / water mixture (creams of chicken and mushroom soups).
- R%Season to taste with salt.

- R% Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
- R%Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes to brown the chicken.
